today's trng was great! we didnt really trained. we just do team formation cause we keep begging coach but he say still need to do some basic things, so we did the underhand, free spike, servings and we started team formation. it was much much better than ytd's team formation. hope that tmr's trng would be even better(:

supposed to meet ferlicia and sonia at 12.30 for lunch when trng start at 3. sonia came super late. around 12.40 like that. i waited for ten thousand years for both of them. in the end, went to mac for lunch.we went up to sport hall and no one was there. so we went to staff room to look for mrs lee but she wasnt there. so went to the office and ask for her. and they told us that she was in the xinovate lab.on the way, huishi and i was like say pps rocks then sonia and ferlicia said that rosyth rocks. and happen that me and huishi was in scorpion and ferlicia and sonia was in falcon. then they was like saying that they are christmas while we are new year. then we waited outside the xinovate lab when sally joined us. another falcon. theres too much falcon in volleyball! no one dares to go in. finally she came out! she was shocked to see us.

got the key and went up. played the ball and they are really like market like that lah. so noisy!cant stand them. they was like acting like coach.finally. the coach came. coach was like saying that i was in a good mood today. maybe i really was. during stretching,we joked and laughed! then some of them were like lying on the floor and ferlicia kept rolling and rolling to those that are in falcon!

today was great, fun, awesome, excellent and etc. me and blessance was like forming different words like those i used just now. let look forward to tmr! it would be a better day but i dun really wan to have the same trng day with the c boys. haiz.
